These terms are an agreement between iFocus Labs, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating as CensusDesk (“CensusDesk,” “we,” “us”), and the senior living community or company that uses our service (“you”). By requesting a demo or subscribing, you agree to them.
CensusDesk builds and operates automated lead capture in your brand: a digital front desk installed on your website, landing page, or link in bio, a family care assessment and personalized Care Report, instant lead alerts, follow-up email, a monthly lead report, and your CensusDesk dashboard. We handle the setup, hosting, copy, and maintenance. You approve everything families see before it goes live. You never need to touch a website.
We are software, not a referral agency. We never charge per move-in, we never shop your families to other communities, and we never own your leads.
Your custom demo is free and carries no commitment. It exists so you can see the real thing before deciding. Demo sites may use sample imagery and sample content until finalization, stay private unless you share them, and simply wait if you’re not ready. If you never move forward, that’s fine, and we’ll take a demo down on request.
Your rate is locked for life. When our prices rise, they rise for new accounts only, never for you, for as long as your subscription stays active.
Fees are billed in advance and, outside the guarantees on this page, are non-refundable once a billing period begins. If a payment fails we’ll reach out like humans before anything is interrupted.
Run CensusDesk for twelve consecutive months. If not one move-in came from your CensusDesk leads in that year, tell us and we’ll refund everything you’ve paid. One move-in typically covers the cost of the software many times over, so this is the whole bet made plain: it earns its keep, or it costs you nothing. No forms, no hoops, no hard feelings. The guarantee needs the full year to be fair to both sides: canceling before twelve months ends the subscription and the guarantee with it.
Cancel anytime with an email. Monthly plans end at the close of the current billing month; annual plans end at the close of the current year. When you go, your leads and their full history export with you in a standard format. Holding your families hostage is the referral agency’s move, and it will never be ours. Note that canceling ends your locked rate; if you return later, current pricing applies.
Your name, logo, photos, and brand stay yours. You give us permission to use them solely to build and operate your CensusDesk site. The software, templates, designs, and systems behind the service stay ours. Content we write for your site is yours to use for as long as you’re a customer.
Every lead captured through your CensusDesk site is yours: exportable anytime, deleted from our systems on request after you cancel. We process family data only to run your service, as described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
We’ll run the service with real care, keep it available, and fix problems fast. But no software company can promise specific business results, and we won’t pretend otherwise: move-ins depend on your community, your market, and your follow-up. The service is provided as-is to the extent the law allows, and our total liability under these terms is capped at what you’ve paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages.
We can suspend or end service for unlawful use, non-payment after honest attempts to reach you, or abuse of the system or our team. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, you’ll get reasonable notice, your full lead export, and a prorated refund of anything prepaid.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. If a dispute can’t be solved with a conversation, which is always our first move, it will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms plus the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and tell you directly; changes never remove a promise your rate lock or guarantee depends on.
